The article examines abuse of citizen's right to bankruptcy. The author analyzes the issue of a citizen’s right to appeal to the court for his bankruptcy and refusal to implement of this right. The author explores the right of citizen to immediately introduce to him the procedure of realization of property with passing procedure of debt restructuring and limitation of that right.
