Among the most studied areas of application of distributed ledger technology in corporate governance is the holding of general meetings of corporation shareholders. However, the potential of distributed ledger technology and decentralized applications based on it goes far beyond conventional transaction accounting. The article considers the possibility of creating, on the basis of a similar technology, a platform for remote interaction of corporation participants between themselves and members of governing bodies in real time, which can lead to a restructuring of the corporate governance system.
