The article is devoted to the analysis of the structure of the crime under article 190 of the criminal code. The authors have tried to give a historical retrospective of the development of criminal legislation regulating liability for such acts. They investigated the current state of regulation of the criminal law prohibition; identified the problem of practical application of this norm; made some suggestions, the implementation of which will contribute to the optimization of law enforcement practice in this segment.
