The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of legal regulation and the resulting difficulties in law enforcement practice in connection with the global digital reform of all spheres of life of Russian society. According to the author, the main problem lies in the ill-considered approach to the introduction of a number of new digital technologies in the legal process, as well as in the inconsistency of legal regulation with actual relations. In this connection, there is a problem of uncertainty of legal regulation and attempts of its independent permission in law-realization activity.
