The calculation of the environmental and economic efficiency of polyethylene processing with the replacement of technological equipment at the EcoResourcePovolzhye enterprise in Togliatti is presented. The environmental effect of replacing the IMP-2 / 18.5 installation at the new rotary unit IRP-300 at the waste polyethylene crushing line amounted to 288.26 thousand rubles / year, and the economic effect was 2.071 thousand rubles / year. The payback period of the proposed equipment replacement will be 14 months.
