This article contains an overview of green bonds as one of the financing options for ecological projects of corporations and governments. The authors compile the green bond markets in Russia and in foreign countries, giving them an overall evaluation, and providing the proposals on improvements of green bonds position in Russian securities market based on foreign experience.
