At the same time, there are not only significant savings in financial and time costs, but also the preservation of confidentiality. In this regard, from the point of view of the participation of a third independent party in the resolution of legal conflicts, we can detect the role of the mediator in family, labor, commercial, criminal relations, which will allow us to identify the appropriate theoretical models of mediation and conduct their research.
