This article is devoted to the analysis and identification of the most effective state-legal methods of prevention of such a socially dangerous phenomenon as religious extremism, which has a special relevance at the present stage, and, therefore, is a problem of global, world scale. The article also presents a comparative analysis of domestic methods of preventing religious extremism, there are positions on the effectiveness of their application within our state.
