Annotation:
The article provides information on the state and ways of solving the problem of establishing public easements on land for laying linear-cable real estate in the right of way of roads. It is shown that amendments to legislative acts introduced in recent years have led to disagreement on the establishment of public easements regarding such land plots, and the work of cadastral engineers in this area has been paralyzed. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 19-r dated January 17, 2020 is being discussed. Particular attention is paid to the problem of redundancy of requirements in relation to the documents provided and simplification of the procedure for establishing this kind of easement.
