The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of the activities of civil servants in the performance of their duties in accordance with the Federal law "On the state civil service of the Russian Federation" from 27.07.2004 N 79-FZ. The features of bringing this category of employees to disciplinary responsibility are highlighted, the types of disciplinary penalties are given, as well as the procedural features of attracting state civil servants to measures of this type of legal responsibility.
