Annotation:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of criminal legislation in terms of the norms regulating responsibility for economic crimes. The authors systematize economic crimes according to the criteria established by Chapter 22 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. The main directions of the fight against economic crimes are considered in combination with their characteristics. The author substantiates the idea that there is a direct relationship between the Commission of economic crimes and the probability of corruption risks associated with their quantitative increase.
