The article is devoted to the features of the provision of customs control when importing alcoholic beverages on the territory of the Russian Federation. Statistics on the volume of alcoholic beverages from 2014 to 2017 are presented, the analysis of which allows updating the topic under consideration. Some problems in the presence of customs control in relation to alcoholic beverages. The ways of solving the identified problems are proposed.
