The article is devoted to the analysis of the legislative regulation of the digital economy at the present stage from the point of view of antitrust regulation. The author of the article concludes that the development of the digital economy affects the development of competition, both positively and negatively. In his article, the author points out that the antitrust authorities faced the problem of the impossibility of applying old legislation in the context of the development of the digital economy. In addition, the author proposes ways to solve the identified problems.
